H Residence'
Project H Residence is the latest development of A.R.M Holding. The project is located in Al Safa 1, one of the two sub-communities of Al Safa, in close proximity to several bustling neighborhoods such as Business Bay and Jumeirah.
Blue ladder has been awarded the construction contract for this project which consists of B+G+1 floors including parking, services, warehouses and ancillary rooms on the basement floor, 37 residential units and 5 commercial units on the ground floor and first floor. A connecting steel bridge connects two parts of the building, which houses a swimming pool.
The H Residence model is articulated by three main elements: two domed wings containing 37 duplexes and apartments connected by an activated sky bridge overlooking a lush leafy central square. The 30-metre-long sky bridge will house the building's main recreation area. The standout feature is an infinity pool, available exclusively to residents, adorning the roof of the bridge and offering stunning, uninterrupted views of the Dubai skyline above and the gardens below .
The central plaza, the heart of H Residence, is gently sloping and lush with tall trees and elegant hedges, serving as a common area for the enjoyment of residents and visitors to the surrounding Al Wasl community.
